2. General Information on Data Processing
The protection of your personal data is a matter of great concern to me. MyNox processes personal data exclusively in accordance with legal regulations (GDPR). Using MyNox is generally possible without providing personal data.
3. Processing of dream content
When you enter content (e.g., dream descriptions or keywords) in MyNox, it will be processed for analysis. Type of data: • Free text entries (dream content) • Technical metadata (e.g., language, timestamp) Purpose of processing: • Generation of a dream interpretation • Optional creation of a PDF export Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (Contract fulfillment or pre-contractual performance)
4. Use of Artificial Intelligence
An external AI service is used to analyze dream content (e.g., OpenAI). Entered texts may be transmitted to the respective service provider to generate an interpretation. MyNox does not use this content for advertising or training purposes. Depending on the configuration and location of the service provider, processing may also take place in countries outside the EU/EEA. In this case, the transmission is based on appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR (e.g., EU standard contractual clauses), where necessary. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (Provision of the analysis function)
5. Storage and Deletion
Dream content is stored only as long as necessary for the respective function. • Without user account: Content is not stored permanently. • With user account (in the future): Content can be saved for personal use. You can request the deletion of your stored data at any time.
6. Payment processing (if used)
For voluntary support payments or paid services, an external payment service provider (e.g., Stripe) may be used. Payment data is processed directly by the payment provider. MyNox itself does not store complete payment information. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR
